A CD barbershop on wheels parked in the Grocery Outlet parking lot of off MLK. I love the resourceful approach. If you enlarge the photo, you will see that there is a barber's license taped to the window and also a bumper sticker that says "Proud to be an American." I wonder if the barber does house calls.
