what's wrong with this billboard? i mean besides the paint splashes? it seems that it pissed someone off and there is something odd about it, but i can't place my finger on it. is it the little girl's face with old woman's legs? the paper is coming off at the bottom so it looks like her legs are wrinkly. and why is her head so small??
