gi and i went to breitenbush hot springs (new age camp) last week and got to sing the words "i am a jewel in a lotus flower." we also did this thing called EDGU. I thought it was an Indian yoga word, but it was later explained to us that it stands for "the edge of you" and was the product of some hippie vision quest on mt. shasta. despite the EDGU story and the Lotus flower song, it was really beautiful and relaxing to be out in the woods by the river soaking in the spring. we slept in a cabin heated by the hot spring water, sat in a sauna heated by the spring, danced, ate organic wholesome meals, and ran around nekkid from hot spring to hot spring.
